A tip is to add one extra selection in the boot menu so that you can boot up without the Hypervisor running, that way I can do hybernation and things like that.

Do you run 2008R2 SP1 as your main OS all of the time? Or is it just on your development laptop….
Seems so much better than running Windows 7 with VM Workstation….
