At the Hyper-v.nu site Hans Vredevoort has written a very important post regarding running DC’s virtualized (which I do and many of our customers), but there are things that should be aware of, so I urge you to read this, like now

I think it’s unclear if this bug applies to DCs running a D: as vSCSI where NTDS, log, SYSVOL is placed. According to the KB (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2853952) it only mentions vIDE but Hans Vredevoort also mentions vSCSI.
