Well, no. But it is no longer available as a .CHM file when you install MDT 2013 Update 1. You will instead find it on TechNet. The idea is that the team should be able to update the documentation easier.

The Deployment Bunny 
Another idea is that Microsoft did not finish the documentation for MDT 2013 update 1. The document online is not updated for 2013 Update 1 nor the re-release. However; The online documentation is still useful.
Correct, as far as I know that is “work in progress”, so this is the best there is right now…
